two chairs make one bench

This piece is about where our inspiration comes from and how our work is inseparable from the past or future. The legs are done using a technique patented by Alvar Aalto. The wooden chair back was taken off a chair from my freshman dorm workroom. The plastic ikea chair back is an ikea design which is remarkably similar to Enzo Mari’s  box chair. The chair backs are fastened to the bench through a vise and can be switched out with anything.
